Access Bars is a light touch treatment that deeply relaxes the brain and the body. There are 32 points (or Bars) on the head which correlate to different areas of life.

During a session, lightly touching these points can help reduce stress and trauma throughout the body and increase positive attitudes toward life. The main feedback from sessions includes a more peaceful mind, an improved outlook on life, an ability to sleep better and increased energy and creativity
